N-Power Registration Portal 2020 – Steps on How To Apply
 
N-Power 2020 Batch C recruitment, is an initiative by the Federal Government of Nigeria to guide Nigerian youths into the journey of vocational training, apprenticeship and employability.

The 2020 N-Power application portal opened for registration at 11.45 pm on June 26th, 2020, to all the eligible Nigerians. 

The N-Power programme is specifically for unemployed youths within the ages of 18-35.
Applicants are to note that the application process is completely free and there is no application fee. 

Applicants are requested to read and understand all relevant information prior to applying.

N-POWER 2020 STIPENDS AND BENEFITS

N-POWER 2020 ELIGIBILITY

The applicants that are eligible for the N-Power programs must be Nigerians, unemployed and 18 – 35 years of age. The programs are divided into 2 categories : Graduate Category and Non Graduate Category.

Graduate Category

This section addresses the Nigerians with University, Polytechnic and NCE Certificate. They will be enrolled as health workera, agriculture extension workers or teachers.

Non Graduate Category

This section applies to holders of SSCE or any related certificates. In this programs of the section, the volunteers will acquire skills pertaining to software and hardware engineering, creatives and building.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR N-POWER 2020 APPLICATION

Before you go on to apply, ensure you have the following:
  • A printout or accurate details of your Bank Verification Number (BVN).
  • A recent passport photograph (1M B) either J PEG or PNG files.
  • Valid Contact – Email address or a working phone number
  • Your Degree Certificate and NYSC certificate, if you are a graduate and wish to apply for N-Teach or N-Health.
  • Government issued Identity Card:
International Passport
National ID Card issued by NIMC
Valid Driver’s License
Permanent Voter’s Card

N-POWER 2020 APPLICATION DEADLINE
The recruitment of Batch C Corps by the N-Power initiative for 2020/ 2021 will commence by noon of June 26, 2020. The deadline of the application has not yet been announced by the Federal Government of Nigeria. However, it’s advisable to commence your registration as soon as possible.

Once the portal re-opens for applications, Log on to https://npower.fmhds.gov.ng

(Opening Date: June 26, 2020 by 11.45pm)

Once you get on the application portal, you will be required to read the terms and conditions of the N-Power Programme and accept that all the information provided is truthful and accurate.

Input your valid contact information (Emial or Phone Number)
The information will redirect you to your email address for confirmation.
Once your email address has been confirmed, fill in your 11-digit BVN and date of birth in the following order (dd/mm/yy). If your BVN details are Inaccurate, you will not be permitted to go past this interface.

BioData and Contact Page: Fill in your surname, first name, and middle name in identical terms to your BVN information.

Education and Programme Page: Kindly indicate if you have received education or not. The N-Power programme is open to all.
The N-Teach and N-Health sub-programmes are however open to only graduates
(In addition, please note that for N-Power Health, selection preference will be given to holders of Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND in health sciences such as Medicine, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, Botany, Midwifery, Psychology or other allied disciplined in the sciences).
Where applicable, you will be required to upload your degree certificates and NYSC certificate.

Employment and Other Details Page: You will be required to answer some questions and upload your Government issued Identity Card. Kindly note that the acceptable Government IDs are:
International Passport
National ID Card issued by NIMC
Valid Driver’s License
Permanent Voter’s Card

Review and Submit Page
Review all the information you have inputted and then submit.
Upon submission, you will receive a unique ID number.Write it down and keep it safe.

N – POWER SELECTION PROCESS
As earlier mentioned, for you to apply for N – Power jobs, you need to meet the minimum requirements ( if any ) for your respective program. Afterwards, the selection process will be based on:

The passing of relevant tests.
Your zeal to push yourself beyond the borders of your comfort zone.
Your tenacity to develop all the skills you need to be the best you can be.
